Rare locals: UPC 653 and 1815 full HD

My local cards UPC full HD with all option, all channel working on Thor 1° West:
CAID 653 ( wery rare card, ecm time under 100ms ) and CAID 1815.
I need only local cards, no hop:
-Digi Hu full HD on 1°W
-All Telenor full HD cards on 1°W
-All Viasat full with HD
-CAID 1882 and/or 01BC on 1°W
-Maybe other rare cards.
I'am waiting active C line in pm.

Small and stable server, always online.
