DingIt.tv, a specialist in videogame and eSports streaming, has hit a milestone of 11 million monthly unique viewers.

Since launching in beta in February, the platform has grown at a rate of 132% month-on-month. Real demand exists for premium eSport events broadcast in true HD at 60 frames per second. In addition to this achievement, the number of returning users has also increased to more than 31%.

It’s further testament to the popularity of the format. Turner Broadcasting Systems (TBS) and WME | IMG recently formed a strategic partnership to create an eSports competitive gaming league for pay-TV.

"We're incredibly proud to have reached this milestone in such a short period of time," said Mark Hain, CEO of DingIt TV.

"Our team have succeeded in making the DingIt platform the first robust, scalable and profitable streaming platform. It is a new approach to streaming and is simply better than the other platforms. As far as I know, we are the first online streaming platform to reach profitability.”

He added, “We've proven that there is a dedicated and growing audience for DingIt, but also that we're truly global and can scale into key markets efficiently and profitably. Our metrics speak for themselves."

As the beta period ends, DingIt has also launched a new website design in response to user feedback. Version 1.0 includes a new re-runs and highlights section.

The news comes as DingIt expands its business into one of the oldest eSports markets - Korea. Dingit.kr, a Korean subsidiary, brings the platform's technical offering to the SE Asian markets. All of Dingit.kr's events program will be simulcast in English, Korean and Chinese, with eSports content including: Starcraft 2 Legend NesTea, the Counter Strike Global Offensive Asia Invitational and the Korean Collegiate eSports league, KCLG.
