DCC 150 & DM800se & Windows 10

Problem. All connected green pc ,dm and router. Can turn off/on from dcc, telnet and ftp Green boxes. However, FTP shows me this message: 5oo port/ERPT[active mode/extended active mode] is not supported. Use PASV/EPSV instead of this.
Telnet connected
FTP connected
Enigma2 not detected [functionality limited]

In other words I can't FTP . Question . What does this mean and how do I go about putting it straight ?
