Tobias Solorz has been appointed the president of the management board at Poland’s Cyfrowy Polsat, having previously been its VP.

At the same time, Tomasz Gillner-Gorywoda, hitherto the president of the management board, is now a member of the management board.

Agnieszka Odorowicz wil meanwhile become a member of the management board on March 1, 2016.

Solorz is the son of Zygmunt Solorz-Zak, the founder of Polsat and a majority owner of Cyfrowy Polsat, of which Polsat is now part.
