A new Polish international channel named Polsat 1 will make its debut this Friday, December 18.

According to Satkurier, it will replace Polsat 2 outside Poland and will probably not be available in the country itself.

Meanwhile, Polsat 2 will continue to be offered in Poland by most leading platforms including Cyfrowy Polsat, nc+, Orange TV and cable and IPTV services.

Polsat 1, which had the working title Polsat World, is likely to be distributed by the Dish Network in the US.
