any body tell why the channels are freezing after every second in star track 15x super receiver besides the ccw keys entered. Other also seeing same problem? Thanks for response

I had a simular problem with SEX on TV @ 13.0°E a cupple of days ago too.
After a fresh warm boot it cleared up so maybe you should try to reset your Box...
