After its premiere on Greek's ERT, the Boomerang-produced The Time in Between will have aired or been sold to 75 countries.

The series, originally produced for Spain's Antena 3, is to debut during prime time in Greece today (1 February), on ERT, the Greek public broadcaster, following which it will air from Monday to Friday.

Last year, the series became the best selling Spanish fictional series in Asia with its arrival on Japan's NHK, Taiwan's public network PBS, China's CCTV8 and The Philippines' Life Style Network.

In addition the French distributor Lagardere has acquired the series for various French-speaking territories, and Romania, Croatia (RTL1 and RTL2), Hungary (MTVA), Italy (Mediaset) and Portugal (TVI) have also aired the series.

Nigeria also premiered the series a year ago, making it the first Spanish fiction series to air in an English-speaking African country. The Time In Between has also landed in Chile with TVN, and elsewhere in Latin America via Netflix and Atresmedia's ¡Hola! TV.

The Boomerang production based on the best-seller by María Dueñas is also set to premiere in the US and Canada, and a deal has been sealed to offer it on board for Iberia, IFE Services, Spafax and Qatar Airlines flights.
