YuppTV to launch ten Sun channels in MENA

Indian over-the-top (OTT) content provider YuppTV has teamed with South Indian broadcaster Sun Network to offer ten channels across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).



The channels – in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada – comprise Surya, Kiran, SunTV, KTV, Sun Music, Adithya TV, Gemini TV, Gemini Movies, Gemini Comedy and Udaya TV.

YuppTV now boasts over 25,000 hours of video content, providing 200 TV channels from South Asia. The OTT provider offers content in 13 languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Punjabi, Oriya, Gujarati, Sinhala, Urdu and Bangla.
