Magnolia TV makes new appointments

Spain's Magnolia TV, a Zodiak Media company focused on the production of entertainment formats and reality shows, has appointed new heads of content and formats.
Carlos Torras, who has been at the company for the last seven years, will be content director, responsible for developing and creating new formats. Among other shows, the executive has directed the Spanish adaptation of Survivors and Dos Días y Una Noche, a talk show set to premiere tomorrow on Atresmedia's Antena 3.
In addition to working for Magnolia TV, Torras has worked as a director and scriptwriter for free-to-air (FTA) networks including TVE, Antena 3, laSexta and Cuatro.
Inma García has been named new head of formats, responsible for the acquisition and adaptation of international formats. She has also worked for Magnolia TV for seven years, as content creator, and has been part of the Survivors' team and other reality shows such as Millonario Anónimo.
Magnolia TV has become one of the reference companies within the Spanish entertainment industry, having produced, among other formats, MTV's Super Shore and Gandía Shore, Supernanny and Madres Adolescentes.
