Arris says it has made substantial progress in the integration of UK set-top company Pace.

The company closed the $2.1 billion (€1.89 million) acquisition in January.

Revenues in the fourth quarter 2015 were $1,101.7 million (€990 million) as compared to fourth quarter 2014 revenues of $1,263.4 million. Third quarter 2015 revenues were $1,221.4 million.

For the full year 2015 and 2014, revenues were $4,798.3 million and $5,322.9 million, respectively.

“Our fourth quarter sales were in line with our expectations, and our earnings were stronger than anticipated as a result of stronger CCAP E6000 sales, as well as the full year impact of R&D tax credits enacted by Congress late in the year,” said Bob Stanzione, Arris Chairman and CEO.”

Arris said it was anticipated first quarter 2016 revenues in the range of $1,560 to $1,610 million.
