German media company ProSiebenSat.1 has increased its revenues by 13.4% to €3.2 billion (2014: €2.9 billion) last year.

Recurring EBITDA rose by 9.2% to €925.5 million (2014: €847.3 million) while the underlying net income grew by 11.6% to €467.5 million (2014: €418.9 million).

The Munich-based group generated 39.5% (2014: 33.6%) of its revenues outside the TV advertising business and plans to increase the share to around 50% by 2018.

“2015 was another record year for ProSiebenSat.1; we again grew profitably in all segments,” said CEO Thomas Ebeling. The company wants to raise its revenues by more than 10% and further increase its recurring EBITDA in 2016.

“The value-adding interconnection of our TV and digital business allows us to consistently create new growth,” said Ebeling
