Mexico's Comarex takes early look at MIPTV

Mexican distributor Comarex has presented a wide selection of formats for MIPTV, to be held in France on 4-7 April.



valio la penaComarex's content portfolio includes series, soap operas, animation and entertainment formats, totalling more than 10,000 hours of original programming which will be available for review at Cannes' content event.

It will offer several series produced by Chile's Canal 13 such as the comedy 20añero a los 40, the telenovelas Valio La Pena (pictured) and Chipe Libre. Canal 13's portfolio arrives at Comarex following a recent distribution agreement specifically targeting Spanish-speaking territories.

Eyeing Asia, Africa and Latin America's markets, the distributor is also taking Mediaset productions to MIPTV, like mafia series A Matter Of Respect, Tuscan Passion, Elisa and the mystery mini series Into The Woods.

Rounding off its portfolio, the company is set to present some reality formats such as KTF: From Kitchen To Fame and the crime series The Prey and Dirty Art.
