Canal F1 speeds onto Argentina's Cablevision

With the Formula One season about to start, Mediapro continues to add partners to its Canal F1 Latin America, with the latest being Argentina's Cablevision.
cablevision f1Through the deal, Mediapro's network considerably increases distribution in Argentina, as Cablevision is the country's largest cable TV platform. The channel will have two feeds, one SD and one HD, through which it will air the entire Formula One competition, as well as the GP2, GP3 and Porsche Super Cup.
“This distribution deal is huge for Canal F1 Latin America, as it increases our reach across the region and delivers Formula One to fans in a fresh and new way,” said Javier Villanueva, executive director of the network.
In addition to linear programming, Cablevision subscribers will have access to the network's video-on-demand (VOD) application, which enables several devices and up to six personalised feeds with different camera views during the races.
