i had upgraded my reciver from 365 to 373 but it can not open the chanels.
i stayed on the france4 for 5 miniutes but nothing happend.
please inform us what to do?

to start update you must unplug and plug to power on the receiver

Do you have one LNB or two?
If you have two, choose one of hotbird chanels and then restart receiver.
