Fuse reanimates spring line-up with Zoombies

Looking to tap in on what has achieved cult status among horror genre fans, Fuse will premiere animal zombie horror film Zoombies on Friday 13 May.


zoombiesZoombies comes from the producers of Sharknado and features zombified monkeys, giraffes and koala bears. The world television premiere kicks off a weekend-long marathon of movies on Fuse, including Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D, The Devil’s Tomb; 247º, Pathology and Vampire Bats. It continues Fuse’s quest to rebrand for the millennial generation.

“After an exhaustive worldwide search for the perfect mash-up of Walking Dead, Sharknado and We Bought a Zoo, we’ve found our undead-animal-zombies-in-a-zoo masterpiece,” said Kathryn Mitchell, head of content strategy, acquisitions and research, Fuse. “It’s like finding a zombie in a haystack.”
