Satellite signal DVB-S via Internet

In my ignorance , I would ask if it was possible to transmit a satellite signal on the Internet , in short, to receive for example : the Hotbird signal via internet

Now to send the trafic to outside probably opening ports in the router i don't know how to send the packages outside home but buy this and make some tests,
