Apple TV, Roku add ESPN Classic

ESPN Classic has made its content available on-demand on a number of leading online video platforms, Apple TV and Roku.



espn classicNostalgic fans wishing to relive and share their favourite sports moments can now access more than 600 hours of events from ESPN Classic through the WatchESPN app on the aforementioned platforms.

Customers who receive ESPN Classic as part of their video subscription will be able to access VOD content on WatchESPN as part of a TV everywhere expansion.

Archived programming of memorable moments available to fans across the United States through the new service will follow the seasonality and relevancy of each sport year-round. Events currently available to view include classic college football and college basketball games, ESPN Films and E:60, X Games, Indy 500, boxing matches featuring Muhammad Ali, poker main events, outdoor sports and more.
