Hey! I am totally new to satellites and am completely lost. I have an Arion AF-2500 with, I believe, Galaxy 19. It's a World TV box. Currently, the tuning status shows these numbers:

Frequency: 12152000
Symbol rate: 20000000
LO (kHz): 10750000
Polarization: Horizontal
Signal level and Signal quality: 0%

I am not sure what to do or where to even start solving this problem. Any help is appreciated. If there is anything else I need to find/post, please let me know.
