AB Groupe taps ATEME to power first native 4KTV channel

AB Groupe, France’s first independent broadcaster and producer of 16 TV channels in the country, has revealed that ATEME’s TITAN Live is at the heart of its recently unveiled first native 4K/Ultra HD premium channel.



ATEME 28 May 2016The Ultra Nature channel has been available in France since 19 May, dedicated to wildlife, discovery, travel and extreme sport. In the application, TITAN Live was deployed in a building-block approach to provide flexibility as software modules can be combined as needed for any input/output, any CODEC, any resolution, from basic encoders to more complex video headends.
