Dish, Atresmedia sign Mexican pay-TV Alliance

Atresmedia has signed a distribution agreement with Dish in Mexico to broadcast both Atreseries and ¡Hola! TV.



atreseriesThe two newest signals of the Spanish media group are already available as a part of the Básico and Básico Más packages. Dish’s Junior package won’t include both networks.

Through this agreement, all Atresmedia’s three international channels, including Antena 3 Internacional, are now available throughout Mexico on Dish and other pay-TV operators including Sky.

“This alliance with Dish makes Atresmedia stronger in Latin America’s main pay-TV market,” said Mar Martínez Raposo, international director, Atresmedia. “Atreseries and ¡Hola! TV’s content offer meets the increasing demand for high quality Spanish-language content.”

“Both networks are exclusive international signals which will improve Dish’s diverse programming,” added Benjamín Ramírez, marketing director, Dish Mexico.
