Could you please tell me how I can backup my StartSat 2000HD cccam servers.

Dear you can't. As Starsat 2000 hd hyper is a closed box system. You can't access these files directly. But if you can use FileZilla to connect with your receiver you can use default username and password for access or you can guess the password. Otherwise, its not possible yet.
