Setemedia selects Albalá equipment for HD

Spanish production house Setemedia has acquired an HD mobile unit which incorporates broadcasting infrastructure from Albalá Ingenieros.
alabala setemediaThe new unit of the Galicia-based production company is ready to operate, with eight simultaneous cameras, whose video and sound signals are synchronised and the distributed through Alabalá’s TL3000 modular system.
Setemedia will use the mobile unit to produce live sports programming, personalised for different TV networks.
“We are highly satisfied with Albalá, both for the quality of its products and the way it deals with customers,” Setemedia’s technical department commented. “It’s a robust system able to guarantee a quality signal.”
The TL3000 has recently been selected by several producers and broadcasters, particularly for migrating studios to HD production. Among other companies, Movistar+ has installed the modular equipment in its Madrid-based studios.
