i need help

Someone give me a KAON HD DVB-C Receiver Full HD Dolby Digital HDMI LAN USB EPG HD / H.264 ( telecolumbus) , i attached pictures of it.
Can some one help me with :

1. i dont know what model it is
2. if i will find proper firmware / software for it ( or a link or where i can get it)
3. i need language pack if exists ...reciver is only in german

I found a manual ( i attached here) on internet but not to much information i only extracted this :
