Atresmedia’s international division has finally closed the deal it has been after for over a year: Atreseries and ˇHola! TV will now be distributed by Cablevisión in Argentina.

atresmedia sedeThe country’s leading cable operator, which has been airing Antena 3 Internacional - Atresmedia’s first international network – for over years, will add Atreseries and ˇHola! TV to its basic and HD packages.

The distribution deal was made public during Jornadas Internacionales, organised by the Asociación Argentina de Televisión por Cable (ATVC) and the Cámara de Productores y Programadores de Seńales Audiovisuales (CAPPSA). In fact, Mar Martínez Raposo, international director of Atresmedia, attended Jornadas in 2015 looking for a similar agreement.

“Being part of Cablevisión’s offer with our three international signals makes Atresmedia stronger in the region and enables the company to close a successful year in terms of distribution,” said Martínez Raposo.

During 2016, Atresmedia closed distribution agreements such as those with Mexico’s DISH and Canada’s Bell Fibe TV, meaning its portfolio is now available in every country in the Americas except for Brazil.
