i am new in this site
i hope that you'll can help me to sort out my problem
recently i updated my Starsat SR2000 receiver with software which normally downloaded thro the receiver itself
my intention was to start the box "fresh" (remove the existing software(v1.93) and reload lower version, so that i could get rid of
frequent freezing problems and down load iptv etc.
so i selected a software from the download list which was called "zero reset" for starsat sr 2000
and downloaded this in to my box. it downloaded (no power interruption during this operation)
then the display of my receiver showed instead of "booting" ( which is the normal condition) its display indicated "END"
my remote did not responded so i had no choice.. hence i switch off /on the box
unfortunately, box was on blue light (power on) was on however there is not display
dear friends, what are the chances to salvage this box?
can i get access to the box via a rs 232 /usb cable and install boot loader software??
