Probleme with my kaon 12.03.A5

I have try ton convert my 12.03.A5 to an 12.01.A5, I begin with the boot2.1.9 v4 but it doesn't work and display the message "FAIL" on my demo, after that when I turned on the demo, no channel has appeared and the message "NO A/V" appear, pls give me a solution of my probleme

To change the bootloader to 2.1.9v4 try to switch off completely Kaon (with the switch at the back of the Kaon) start the 2.1.9v4 exe file and start you Kaon with the switch at the back.
If this doesn't work start you Kaon with the remote control.

When the flash is done, don't forget to switch off - on (via the back switch) your Kaon in order to have the bootloader 2.1.9v4 activated.

Then you can try to send whatever firmware you want with Kup.

When the firmware is in don't forget to do a:
yellow - blue- green - menu and load default keys.

After a flash you need to reconfigure the LNB settings and redo a scan of the transponder or simply restaure a channel list with channel editor, but you ALWAYS need to reconfigure the LNB settings.
