Colombia’s leading pay-TV operator Claro continues to build its convergent strategy with a quad-play offer which also includes its over-the-top (OTT) service.

The América Móvil brand has launched Claro Multiplay across the country, a convergent package which includes all the company’s services under one subscription. Through this commercial option, both new and current subscribers will have access to HD pay-TV and the streaming platform Claro video, fixed broadband, unlimited fixed voice service and up to six mobile 4G lines.

“We are always innovating to deliver the best experience to our customers, which is why Multiplay has been created to make their life easier, combining all the high-tech services and important commercial benefits,” said Carlos Zenteno, president, Claro Colombia.

Aiming to integrate all the video services, the convergent package will also include a hybrid set-top box for free, including access to Claro video.

The OTT platform, América Móvil’s streaming flagship across the region, has been part of Claro’s convergent offer in Colombia since March 2015, when it was added for the first time to the triple-play package.
