TV2 Slovenija mostly transmittes FTA. For some sport events (like football) they encrypt the event which can, as usual, be decrypted with the working key. You probably don´t have the right key in your receiver.

I have the keys, that have always worked until... yesterday. I didn't find in any place any change of keys...
