Hacked Encrytions / Hacked Packages

I am new to satellite systems and want to know which of the encrytion systems have been hacked. And which package has been hacked.

I have the list of encrytion systems and packages.
I want to know which ones are hacked.
Copy it and paste it. Then put hacked or not hacked infront of it and how much. For example

Easily hacked.
Can be Hacked.
Very hard to hack.
Impossible to hack. Etc...
