Help On Fortec Star 5100 Plus

hi Everybody,

I Have A Fortecstar 5100 Plus With A Unknown Problem At Least For Me By Now.
The Problem Is That Everytime I Want To Upgrade This Receiver With Right Procedure I Got This Fucking Message "the Flash Can't Be Written" Or "failure To Write The Flash"
Is There Somebody Who Can Help Me On Solving This Problem Even With Erasing The The Flash Content
