    im going mad !!!

    Hi please someone save me im have connected my technomate tm-1500 to my pc using a usb serial converter,having downloaded the tm loader all i get is a message saying connect your stb and switch it on ,when i do no diffrence.i have looked in my device manager and my usb is working fine on com port 6 .no matter what i do i get this mesage and cant get any further any one who knows the anwser id love to here from asap thanks guys
