    what is available?

I've got a Dreambox 7020-S with a twinLNB pointed at Hotbird 13 and Astra 19.2.

Was wondering what channels I can currently get without c/s and what I'd need to download to do it? Sorry for this newbie-ish question, I haven't been around for a while.

Any help would be massively appreciated.
