Univision readies multiscreen, social TV coverage of Premios Juventud

Univision Digital has unveiled its digital and social integrations for Premios Juventud 2017, including Instagram and Facebook Live stories and online video influencers.
The official homepage of the awards,*Premiosjuventud.com, is giving fans exclusive content on the nominees along with daily features, special video franchises with the stars, photo slideshows and interactive content.
“Univision is bringing a whole new level of multi-platform engagement to this year’s Premios Juventud, giving our fans exclusive content leading up to and throughout the summer’s biggest music celebration,” said Sameer Deen, SVP digital at Univision Communications Inc. “From the Musical.ly content to the UCN influencer behind-the scenes coverage, our fans will experience the show like never before.”
Through Instagram, Univision is to deploy Instagram Stories and Instagram Show, which will bring fans closer to the talent and producers of Premios Juventud, hosted by social producers.
Throughout the week of Premios Juventud, the show’s host, celebrities and influencers will take over the Univision and Premios Juventud Snapchat accounts.
From the red carpet the day of the awards (6 July), Univision will deploy a Facebook Live exclusive broadcast with live voting and interactions providing highlights and fashion reviews, and making predictions of winners.
Besides, through a partnership with Musical.ly, UCN influencers (Univision’s multi-channel network), Univision personalities and artists will encourage fans to guess the winner of the #ChillinChallenge.
Top influencers from the Univision Creator Network will also be part of linear and digital integrations with YouTube.
