Which programmer do I need for uploading this bin file to a blank gammacard?

I have "Code it fast v1.0.exe", from sat4sw team and as I noticed you can load a bin file, but what about the programmer?

How many time am I going to see / say this.

This file (posted by "new_user" ) is not a plain OS bin. It is the encrypted OS update cmds to be sent to a Gamma card to update the OS version. It cannot be used on a blank card.
