channel editor for pc

Hi friends,
I have a Iclass receiver sat i55 android . Ibacked up its channel list on usb.The channel list is on db format.
Is there any tool for pc for editting channel list on db format ?
I can even upload channels list here if it is useful for helping.

A .db file can be open with excel 2007 or all other DataBase file editor...
