What packages are still working?

I have tried a few test lines and all seem to be ok but they all seem to have the same packages missing.

SKY UK (sports and movies)
SKY DE
SKY Italia
Nova
CSAT France

but also

Telenor (Scandinavia 1W)
Digital Platform (Turkey 7E)

Are these (and possibly others) the packages that nobody can get?

There are loads of packages still working and even more that still work but are hard to get hold of.

There are very few that are impossible to get.
