Cable & Wireless’s network Flow has reached a multi-year agreement with WWE to exclusively broadcast Raw and SmackDown live across the Caribbean.
The deal will be immediately effective, as the programming is set to air beginning on 28 August. Flow will be the exclusive English-language broadcaster throughout the region except for Trinidad, where WWE has an ongoing agreement with a local broadcaster.
Under the terms of the agreement, the pay-TV channel Flow 1 will televise WWE’s flagship shows Raw and SmackDown Raw and SmackDown as well as WWE Experience, and This Week in WWE. The programming will be also accessible live and on-demand, any time, anywhere via Flow To Go, the operator's mobile app.
“WWE is a renowned global sports-entertainment brand that fits perfectly with our overarching strategy to bring our valued customers the best, most popular content to meet their specific demands,” said Garry Sinclair, president of the Caribbean for Cable & Wireless.
“We’re pleased to have Flow join us in televising WWE programming throughout the Caribbean,” added Michelle Wilson, chief revenue & marketing officer, WWE. “This partnership allows us to expand our reach as we deliver our unique blend of action-packed, family-friendly entertainment throughout the region.”
