Mountain biking, motor sports, beach volleyball and fun sports: starting this month, MySports is extending its coverage of sporting action with exclusive content from the world of Red Bull. Existing content such as the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup and Red Bull Crashed Ice is being given strategic airtime, and new content created within the partnership. As always, the aim is to provide viewers with an even better offer featuring stunning content.

In time for the channel launch on 8 September 2017, MySports is adding a good dose of sporting action to its live sport offer: thanks to the partnership, fans of cycling, motor sports, and freestyle sports are in for a treat. For instance, the races of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup are being added to the MySports schedule, as are international beach volley and basketball tournaments. What's more, original Red Bull Media House productions such as Red Bull Crashed Ice and the Red Bull Air Race are sure to be a hit with viewers. The schedule package is rounded off by motor sports highlights such as the FIA World Rally Championships.

The partnership with Red Bull Media House extends far beyond live broadcasts. The MySports schedule also includes magazines, action features and gripping documentaries from Red Bull's programme makers. The programmes produced by UPC and Red Bull Media are intended to complement one another symbiotically, with scheduling benefiting from joint optimisation.

The programmes are being shown on both the basic channel, MySports HD, as well as in the MySports Pro channel package, says Steffi Buchli, MySports Director of Programming: “Thanks to the partnership and complementary programming through the live events and magazines from Red Bull Media House, we can up the adrenaline ante for our viewers even further while presenting new scheduling focal points. I am thrilled that we can offer our viewers such a wide variety of sports.” The cooperation with Red Bull Media House will initially run for three years.
