My opinion is to upgrade to GP 4.0
If you have a dm500 it's really simple to do it with dreamup and a crossover cable between dream and PC. there is a special version of gemini 4.0 max Var for the 500.
If you have a DM 7000 or 7020, then I suggest you to do it with flashwizard pro v6.3 and you can put it to the Stick USB on multiboot with others images.
