I'm trying to find out all about PREMIUM Chinese satellite TV services.

- What are the major Sat TV Providers?
- What Footprint/Frequencies are they on?
- How much is their subscription?

All I found is that there is bunch of Chinese channels on Apstar 2R @76.5E and on Apstart 6 @134E, but not sure what are the premium channels?

Basically I'm looking for Chinese SKY UK counterpart.
