I can't tell you even a aproximatly number
I live in france , i can just expose the situation there,the satellite is the subject of discusion of the people even the street peolple in iran,because Sat in the one of very few enjoy of the people there,you can imagine.
Usually they are good in english,but no in french,and they ask me general question about sat in france where they can't find answer in english
Usually i saw them in the shootbox.If you have time check the IP connections of this area.
I think the frequetation of the section will be low on the begining,and from the mouse to the ear they will be know and it grows up slowly.
Now is up to you to decide
Farci is used in Iran , Afganistan,Tajikistan and some new republic south of previous USSR.

After 2 weeks discussion with this group,they decided to join a pur persian site.
So forget persian section,at the end to reply to your question ,more than 120 000 000 peoples in world speaking farsi and the population of malte is 394 000.

I think "Persian" is bether because this term is used by be persian people living in english speaking countries.farsi is the name of language in iranian language.persian is the name of the laguage in english used by most of the people.
