Poland’s second largest cable operator Vectra has entered into a five-year distribution agreement with Da Vinci, the educational channel for kids and families.

The Da Vinci television channel comprises of Da Vinci Kids and Da Vinci Learning programming blocks as well as its curated Da Vinci Kids video-on-demand app. For a limited time from 21 March, Da Vinci will be available to all Vectra subscribers and then from 5 April the content will only be available to Vectra’s platinum package subscribers. In addition to the Da Vinci channel, the Vectra offer will also include a Da Vinci VOD collection, including its most popular programmes.

“We are thrilled that Vectra has noticed and appreciated the changes we have introduced in Da Vinci in recent months: the new channel schedule, the first local production, modern setting and HD quality. The five-year period for which we have signed the contract is for us a proof of the operator's faith in the potential of our channel,” said Vectra Poland channel head Grzegorz Płaza Małgorzata Wojtaszko. “We are very pleased that Da Vinci will appear in Vectra's spring programming offer. Our subscribers will get access to a friendly, inspiring and positive entertainment element of education for the whole family.”
