Keshet International has reached sales deals for its talent show Masters of Dance in Spain, Norway, Poland and Vietnam, following the success of the show’s first series in Israel.

In Spain, the show will be adapted by Endemol Shine Iberia, while in Norway the format has been sold to public broadcaster NRK and to Rochstar in Poland. Purpose Media has acquired the first and second seasons (still under production) to air in Vietnam on HCM City Television (HTV) channel 3.

The first series of the show attracted an average audience share 24% higher than the last dancing show to air in Israel.

Created by Keshet Broadcasting and produced by Tedy Productions, the series sees four professional dance masters taking on the challenge of forming a new company of dancers to compete in a series of battles.

“Masters of Dance has proved to be a great success in Israel, and it’s fantastic to see so much interest in it on a global scale. I am confident that we will see the format go into production in multiple territories in the upcoming months with the hopes that viewers in those territories will take the show to their hearts in the same way that Israeli viewers have,” said Keren Shahar, COO & president of distribution for Keshet International.
