Viasat HD 0940 or 090F or Telenor Nordic caid 0B00 with Paired Channels only with Sport HD no SD

Csat caid 1811 or 1863 or 0500 for work in Oscam without special config

Slovak Digitv caid 1882 only Digisports 1-2-3-4-5 HD not need FULL
