Imagen TV inks Turkish-films deal with Inter Medya

Mexico’s free-to-air (FTA) network Imagen TV has reached a multi-feature film deal with Turkey’s Inter Medya.


Through this deal, Inter Medya continues growing in Latin America, while it brings the first Turkish movies to the region. The broadcaster has picked up three titles from TAFF Pictures, Eternal Love, and My Brother 1 and 2, as well as one title from Avsar Film, Second Chance.

Produced by two of Turkey’s biggest production houses and all of them blockbusters in their home country, the four feature films aim to follow the success path of Turkish soap operas in the region.

“Our movie catalogue is full of strong titles and we cannot wait to see our compelling stories and characters on screens worldwide. We are expecting several offers for our films in the near future too,” said Beatriz Cea Okan, sales executive at Inter Medya.
