Encrypted program on a card with no CI?

Hello everyone, here's the question, in case anyone can offer advice:

I have a Hauppauge DVB-S2 card, but it has no CI. If I want to watch the Italian tivusat for example on the PC (I have the CAM+card), is there some way I can do it, or do I have to replace the Hauppauge with one that comes with a CI?

In case it can help, I also have a VU+ Duo receiver which works fine with tivusat (with or without the CAM) and I use its streaming to watch tivusat on the PC, but ideally I don't want to depend on the receiver. Thanks for any info (if cardsharing can help in any way, please note I'm a complete newbie in this area).
