I've found a great channel list (09/10/07) on a french website dedicated to DVB reception on PC.

This channel list is intented for both DVBViewer (.inf format) and DVB Dream (chlist.ch) and results from a very precise scan done on 27 satellites (limited to western europe and north africa coverage and DVB-S1).
