Added auto update feature for emo Ncam and OScam for almost all hardware devices bin and ipk files

To access the main menu, press the menu button and info to enter the testious server list
add auto update ncam oscam bin and all ipk

nuk hapet file .rar i shkarkuar . duhet upload perseri
dikujt qe i prishte pune , i ka bere dicka, dhe ai file nuk hapet me..as ne pc, tim, dhe as andej nga e mora ..e kane hequr edhe nga sat venus panel, ku mund ta shkarkoje direkt..
