Correct me if I am worng!

How can you demand for local if you dont have one. Free server means that you need to have local and a person should atleast have virtual card to share and thats fair enough.

You say you dont have local than just imagine If the people with local card sharing with you would have said the same thing to you, then you wouldn't have had any card on hop1 that you have now.

You can only demand if you have one.
