NSS806 at 40.5W-BISS

Hy I live in London Canada,and have a hauppauge nexus sat card which im using progdvb with.I am trying to capture the SICInternational chanel which is on NSS806 at 40.5w.It is encrypted with BISS,does anyone have files for that chanel or know where I can get them.Please help if you can Thanks!

It's three years later and I have the same question. From what I have found on the net, there is no way to catch this channel unless you pay for it. But if you don't ask you will never know.
